You can return the Products purchased from us within 7 days from the delivery date
for exchange or refund.
A Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA#) number must be obtained from 
LanguageTeacher.com prior to the return of any merchandise.
For an RMA# number you need to send us an email to support@languageteacher.com
not later then 5 days from the delivery date.
The goods must be returned in the original packaging and without any damage
to hardware or software as the result of accident, abuse, misuse or service by any other party. Defective purchases returned for replacement will be replaced in a timely manner with no additional expenses to you.
7% restocking fee, $10.00 handling fee and shipping charge will be applied to all returns to compensate our credit card service loss work time and shipping cost to send the product...

Language Teacher.com will not accept returns without an RMA# number,
without its original packaging and accessories or items returned later than 7 days
of the delivery date!
Customer should prominently display the RMA# number(s) on the shipping label of
boxes containing the returned product.
